Fenton United Methodist Church is hosting a Holiday Craft and Small Business Expo on November 21st from 10am-4pm. We are aware that there are other shows over that weekend that people may be committed to, but could you please pass the word along to the Fenton Artist Guild? Tables are $30 (for approx 10x10 foot spaces), electricity is an extra $5, set-up and tear down are the same day as the event (help will be available for anyone who needs it). Red Ink Flint would like to announce its newest exhibition “Light & Shadow”, a showcase of the dark and mysterious. The show opens Saturday, October 24 from 6 pm to 10 pm at Red Ink Flint. Artwork will focus on a play on light and shadow, as well as Halloween-appropriate content. The opening celebration will feature live music from “Empty Arms”, written word presentations, poetry, and other spooky activities, with drinks and finger foods. This is a free event. Costumes are welcome, but not required.

Coming Up:
Red Ink Flint will be teaming up with the Creative Alliance to present “Voices” a multi-media show featuring the work of writer/artist teams. Artwork will be presented on Friday, November 13, during the Second Friday ArtWalk and a full presentation of the work, is planned for Sunday, November 15. More information coming soon.
